Notice: Algonquin Outfitters has chosen to respect the indigenous culture and not profit from paddles with indigenous symbols. With respect to the artists' work and effort, a $100 donation will be made by Algonquin Outfitters for each of these paddles. To not allow bids in the auction, we've had to set the opening bid to $9,000,000. After the auction, the paddle will be returned to the artists.
Bidding Notice:
Our auction operates under Flat Bidding rules meaning if the paddle is $25 and you bid $100 you will be placing a bid of $100 right away on the paddle, unlike eBay style proxy bidding where the bid is only raised by the minimum bid amount. Be aware that your bid is set to what you bid, not raised by the minimum amount. This online auction utilizes a "soft close" of 1 minute. Any bids placed within the last 60 seconds will extend the bidding time for that lot by an additional minute. All bids will be plus HST(13% tax) and shipping and handling.
Auction Notice:
Closing starts on Monday, Sept. 27th at 8 pm with each item closing two minute apart. All items will have a soft close where if a bid is received in the last minute an additional 60 seconds is added to the closing time. Once the Auction closes all bids are final. Shipping: $25/Canada, $50/North America, $100-$150+ rest of the world. There is no shipping provided on the canoes they must be picked up in Huntsville, Ontario or arrange your own shipping.
